How to Participate
Choose a theme: winter, holiday, seasonal, inspirational, funny…
anything festive!
Decorate the exterior of your assigned door.
Sign up sheets will be available for those without an office.
Keep decorations safe, respectful (no nails or damage to surfaces).
Work solo or as a team, it’s your choice!

Materials & Safety Guidelines
Use removable adhesives only (Command strips, painter’s tape, etc.).
No permanent alterations to the door.
Ensure decorations do not block hallways or create tripping hazards.
If adding lights, only use battery-operated (no extension cords under doors or across walkways).

Voting
A ballot box will be set up in reception.
-Everyone in the brokerage can vote once by dropping a ballot into the box.
